We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make this baseball season a success at the YMCA Sports Complex! Volunteers are needed for a variety of roles, including assisting with setup and cleanup, helping with registration, supporting coaches and teams, and ensuring a positive experience for our players and families. Whether you have a love for baseball or just want to give back to the community, your time and energy will make a big difference! No prior experience is necessary, just bring your positive attitude and willingness to help. • Age 3-10 YMCA Sports Complex Head Coach: Responsible for overseeing all aspects of a soccer program, including planning practices, supervising games, teaching fundamentals, and promoting teamwork and sportsmanship. Assistant Coach: Works closely with the head coach to improve players’ skills, plan and conduct practices, and prepare for games. Responsibilities include designing drills, coaching techniques, and assisting with in-game strategy. Ensuring a safe, positive, and educational environment for players of all ages. • All volunteers must pass a criminal background check and complete Child Abuse Prevention Training.
