Northpark YMCA

Volunteers will assist our YMCA staff in making our Youth & Family programs fun, safe and welcoming for all. If you enjoy working with youth, teens, families and have a fun and helpful personality, we invite you to join us. Volunteer opportunities to include but not limited to: • Greeting children and families who visit our programs. • Assist in craft activities. • Provide assistance to in keeping the kids active and engaged. • Help with planning and preparation weekly craft calendars. • Clean Playhouse areas to provide a welcoming and safe environment. • Assist in event and class facilitation set-up and break-down. • Certain positions require Pediatric CPR & First Aid Certification. • Age perimeters: 16+ • Must complete the Child Abuse Prevention Training. • Must pass background check.
