Are you passionate about volleyball and eager to make a positive impact on young athletes? We are looking for dedicated volunteer volleyball coaches to help lead and inspire players in our upcoming season at the William M. McDonald YMCA! Responsibilities: Coach and mentor players in fundamental volleyball skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Attend one practice per week (schedule determined based on team availability). Be present for all Saturday games to guide and support your team. Communicate with players and parents about practice and game schedules. Encourage a positive and inclusive team environment. Work with YMCA staff to ensure a fun and structured season. Help set up and break down equipment as needed.
